Configure your aj2016.com.au email address in various ways.
>To request additional email addresses for team members there are two options:
- Forwarding addresses
- POP/IMAP accounts – reserved for cases where lots of correspondence will be sent from that person.
To request a forwarder or mailbox account be set up for your team members, submit a help ticket at http://www.aj2016.com.au/helpticket

For all of the options, you need some or all of the following information:
- Your name - to enter as the From Name - you can also use a department name eg XYZ Contingent
- Your AJ2016 Email address - this needs to be entered correctly as this is where replies will come back to
- Your personal ISP mail server details - you need to know the mail server and the login details for your outgoing mail server to send out an email (may not apply for webmail services).
